The the Gallery tab under Item is where you can store Item photos.
These can be inspiration photos, preliminary photos, photos in progress or after photos.
To add a photo to the Item Gallery:
Take a new photo with your camera
Or select a photo from camera roll
Or, you can use the 
button. Here it functions like add photo button.
Photos will be then be added to the Gallery screen. Tap the photo to review it.
