Manage Photos

An important part of keeping your projects organized is with Photo Management.

That includes adding new Photos, assigning them to your project’s elements, browsing and reviewing them.

The 4 main ways to manage photos in Ametra:

1. Photo Sections within Info tabs in Projects, Areas and Items:

We recommend you use the photo sections here to store context photos (ex: shots of buildings, rooms, walls etc. as well as images like floor plans)

2. Photo Sections within the Color Card:

We recommend you to the photo section here for context photos (ex: inspiration pics). Colors extracted from Photos and Images will automatically have the source images attached to this Section.

3. Control Tab in an Item:

We recommend you to use this tab to take after photos of your painting process.

4. Gallery tab in a Project:

Use this tab to review all Photos and Images attached to Areas and Items within a Project. This is also an alternative visual way to browse your Project.
